Beef Brisket with Broccoli

Beef Brisket is made as a stew with fermented bean curd, ginger and sesame oil

Best suited for mixed or protein type. This portion looks like a protein type meal with close to 60% protein and fat.

What do you think?? I love it!  Yummy!

Basically you are looking for a food ratio of abou 50% protein/fat and 50% carbohydates for each and every meal or snack you eat. Now you want to make sure you have about 30 -40 percent protein and 10-20% fat in the forms preferably raw.
