Beef Brisket with Broccoli

Beef Brisket is made as a stew with fermented bean curd, ginger and sesame oil

Best suited for mixed or protein type. This portion looks like a protein type meal with close to 60% protein and fat.

A carbotype basically eats about 70% carbs and 30% proteins. The take about 10% fat from the 30% and usually made of vegetable oils both unsaturated and saturated. They should not eat fat from red meats.

2 slices of sardine

6 tbs of white rice

1 pan fried egg in olive oil

Basically you are looking for a food ratio of abou 50% protein/fat and 50% carbohydates for each and every meal or snack you eat. Now you want to make sure you have about 30 -40 percent protein and 10-20% fat in the forms preferably raw.
